Ottawa to enjoy mild temperatures to end the week



Ottawa residents can look forward to a mild conclusion to the workweek, as Environment Canada's forecast predicts pleasant weather in the city. Friday is expected to be mainly cloudy with a high temperature of 11°C. This mild weather is notably above the normal temperatures for this time of year, which typically see a high of 8°C and a low of 0°C.


As the day progresses, there's a chance of showers beginning in the evening, with temperatures expected to dip to a low of plus 4°C.


Moving into the weekend, Saturday will remain mainly cloudy with a slight 30% chance of morning showers, and a high temperature of 8°C. Sunday's forecast suggests a mix of sun and clouds with a 40% chance of showers, and a high of 7°C.


Looking ahead to Monday, Ottawa can anticipate a blend of sun and clouds, with a high of plus 2°C.


In addition to these weather changes, it's important to note that Daylight Saving Time comes to an end this weekend. Don't forget to set your clocks back one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday, giving you an extra hour of rest and relaxation as you enjoy the mild fall weather in the nation's capital.
